The Initial Consultation is £30.00 which is made up of an informative discussion, including how the brain works and what the clinical hypnotherapy sessions will involve, helping you to understand why you are feeling the way you do, and how you can move towards changing your life for the better.
(there is no hypnotherapy included in this session)

Use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, to enable stressed adults and teenagers (from the age of 13 yrs) to cope better with their emotions and thoughts.
Empowering them to feel more balanced and back on top of things again.
Fees:
Each 50 min Clinical Hypnotherapy session includes a free MP3 relaxation track and is:
£55.00 for adults.
£48.00 for children and teenagers 13 - 17yrs.
Which is payable by bank transfer the day before the session, or by cash on the day of the session.
Sessions are also available via Zoom now too, whichever you prefer.
The number of sessions required depends on individual circumstances, which will be discussed at the initial consultation.
Stop Smoking is £130.00 for most people a 1 off session which lasts up to 1hr 20 mins.
